We have a logo
We have a logo (see next item).
We have a webpage
We have a webpage (where you can see our logo): http://braga.yapceurope.org/ It still lacks some information, but that will be taken care of shortly.
The first Call for Papers is on its way (and has been sent to the list). You can find a copy at CallForPapers
Five companies, including Ryan Air, now fly to/from OPO (the nearest airport to Braga). Ryan Air, for instance, might be an alternative to get to Portugal coming from London. This means that lots of people will now have the opportunity of getting to Braga much cheaper.
Moving in Portugal won't be hard
There's a lot of things going on. One of them is the creation of a page (to be put on our website) with helpfull information (including pictures) on how to get from the OPO airport to the city of Braga. As long as we don't lose our volunteers, there will also be teams on key points, waiting for you to give you more information you might need.
And that's it for now. Contacts with the big sponsors still haven't finished, but so far everything looks good.
If there's anything else you need (say, informations about a surf school, how to get from another airport to Braga, etc), the organizers can be reached at email@example.com
Jose and Alberto
PS: Yes, somebody asked about surf schools :) And yes, he received all the information he needed :)
